- $18,000,000 in retroactive assessments avoided in the Trans Alaska Pipeline System Quality Bank litigation before the FERC, with appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
- $2,300,000 in refunds won for a Texas electric cooperative in FERC proceeding.
- $674,792 jury award in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, including $300,000 in punitive damages, against former employee of computer company for tortious interference with business expectancies.
